Programme Overview
The Post-Graduate Diploma in Transformational Leadership and Management is a part-time, modular leadership programme that equips leaders with a deep understanding of leading people, strategic perspective and future skills.
The Post-Graduate Diploma comprises 6 modules as follows:
1. Transactional Analysis for Effective Leadership (Self and People Leadership)
2. Transforming Teams (People Leadership)
3. Coaching 101 (People Leadership)
4. Leading Transformation Projects (Innovation and Project Management)
5. Transforming through Strategy (Strategic Thinking)
6. Data-based Leadership (Sense Making)
Module Objectives
At the end of the module, learners should be able to:
- Formulate strategies to align business processes to organisation vision, mission and strategic plans
- Critically assess business and professional networks to maximise value proposition for organisation
- Formulate strategies to comply with corporate governance requirements
- Demonstrate critical understanding of contemporary theories and approaches on effective leadership
- Critically evaluate the organisation’s policies on workplace diversity
- Synthesise and evaluate appropriate options for managing conflict

Approach to Learning
Our Post-Graduate Diploma in Transformational Leadership and Management programme is engaging and interactive.
Our learning methods include blended learning, reflective practice, group discussions and scenarios. Come prepared to be involved and to learn from our faculty and your peers.
Assessment methods include: written tests, reflective journals, oral presentations and project work.
The average faculty-learner ratio is 1:15.
Modules are on a part-time basis.
Course Suitability
This programme is suitable for
Individuals who are in leadership or aspiring to be in those roles. This includes corporate executives who are in transition, or executives who are looking to stay relevant professionally. Possible relevant job roles include: executives (individual contributors), team leaders, managers, senior managers, business unit heads.
Minimum Requirement
21 years old
GCE ‘O’ Level English or Equivalent
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline, OR mature candidates of at least 30 years of age with 8 years of corporate working experience.
